Add a new product

Having an online store for your school, PTA, or PTO can be very beneficial for your group. With Schoolze you can setup an online store easily. Just a few clicks and you are ready to start selling to your parent group.

In this article, we will learn how to set up and launch an online store for your school, PTA, or PTO within minutes.

Step 1: Choose "Online Store" from the "Getting Started" menu list and you will see an online shop for your organization.

Step 2: Your online shop will have a pre-made template to add your products.

Step 3: Add your product image and name to the template.

Step 4: Set the price considering the additional fee amount.

Note that "Set Price" + "Fees" = "List Price".

However, your members and other customers will only be able to check the "List Price". You can choose to round up the "List Price" as well for the convenience of your customers.

Step 5: Add the number of qualities that are available for that particular product. This is not visible to buyers, only you can track your stock.

Step 6: To post the product listing on the website, you need to select "Yes" on the "Publish" icon. In case you want to remove the listing, you can select "No" on the "Publish" icon instead of deleting the product.

Step 7: Once the product is posted your members can buy it from either "Online Store" option from their dashboard or directly from the website.

Step 8: Click on "Add New Product" on the online shop's dashboard and keep adding more products to your store.

Step 9: You can use "Archive", "Delete", and "Save" buttons on the bottom of each product listing. Your archived posts will show up on a different tab near "Active & New".
